The professional network, redrawn
read.cv is a place to share what you've done, see what others are doing, and quietly read each other's work. Free, ad-free, owned by the team that builds it.

I write servers that don't fall over. Maintainer of two small Go libraries that you've probably used by accident.

Co-founded a six-person studio in 2018. We make books and identities for institutions that don't want to look like everyone else.

Building the runtime. I left Google to do something where I could read the whole codebase in a weekend.

I run brand at a record label that's older than I am. We still print things, and we still get them wrong sometimes.

I write profiles, mostly about people who make software. Bylines: The New Yorker, n+1, MIT Tech Review, Are.na.
What it is
Most of the internet is in a hurry. Posts vanish, feeds reset, a year of work disappears under the next thing. read.cv is the opposite. A profile is meant to be revisited — by a future collaborator, a hiring manager, you, in five years.
You write your work the way it deserves to be read. Long form when it needs it, short form when it doesn't. Projects are presented like cases, not bullets. The feed is gentle. Updates come once a week, on Sunday.
We charge nothing for the basics, and a little for the things only some people need. We will not sell ads against your face. We will not change this.
This week, on read.cv
